After my first hip replacement and a struggle back to fitness I decided to train to be a Pilates teacher. Since my initial training with Stott pilates, the more I learnt the more I wanted to know.
My interest has led me to train to be a yoga teacher as well as study with the internationally recognised leader of rehabilitation-based Pilates, Polestar Pilates.
Now my teaching is a combination of everything I have learnt and continue to learn. Whether it is mat, reformer or yoga, I believe a combination of a strong and mobile body is a good start to improving our wellbeing and general happiness.
