Sam is an experienced physiotherapist with 15 years of clinical practice, adopting a holistic, evidence based approach to treatment. He combines clinical experience with principles drawn from elite performance to deliver targeted, personalised care.
Sam works with a diverse range of clients, from elite athletes to recreational sports enthusiasts and office based professionals. While addressing each individual’s injury, he also focuses on optimising overall health, improving movement patterns, and designing tailored rehabilitation programmes that reflect each client’s goals, lifestyle, and specific physical demands.
Sam approach centres on hands on therapy, active rehabilitation and education, all underpinned by performance driven outcomes. Through this process, Sam helps clients become stronger, more resilient, and more confident in their bodies, empowering them to lead fuller, more active lives.
Sam has extensive experience treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal injuries, including both acute and chronic conditions. He has a particular interest in upper limb, lower limb, spinal, and post-operative rehabilitation.
Originally from London, Sam has built strong professional relationships with leading sports and orthopaedic consultants across the city. He also spent several years working in Ireland, where he gained valuable experience at Cork City Football Club and regularly treating Munster Rugby and Cork U19 GAA players.
Committed to continuous professional development, Sam recently completed a Master’s level module in Strength and Conditioning and is currently undertaking an Advanced Physiotherapy Master’s course.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with his family and two young children. He is a keen skier and rower with Cygnet Rowing Club, and also enjoys running, having completed the London Marathon in 2017, as well as competing in several triathlons.
